Located on the cooler shady side, you will be right on the resort, direct access to lifts, pools, hot tubs, hiking, and everything Panorama has to offer. A true ski or bike in and out condo. With beautiful decor throughout and comfortable furnishings, you will truly enjoy your stay here. For extra comfort there is a portable AC unit in the main living space.

You will need to use the main building's elevator, or stairs to get to the unit.

MAIN LIVING AREA

As you enter the property you will immediately notice the amount of light and amazing views through the large windows and patio door. The property has been beautifully designed around an open plan concept, yet has a separate king bedroom with large tv perfect for streaming your favorite shows. Within the main living space you will find a portable AC unit for your use. We know you will feel right at home here.

There is a fully equipped and spacious kitchen. Within, you will find all the large and small appliances you could need for your stay. The cupboards are stocked with pots, pans, and all the utensils you will need. There is also cooking oil, salt, and pepper for your use. Additionally, if you love fresh coffee in the mornings then you will totally appreciate the complimentary coffee beans, grinder and drip machine for your use. Just bring your whitener and sweetener of choice!

There is a nice sized dining table that can comfortably seat four. Plenty of room for entertaining friends.

The lounge area has a comfortable sofa, that folds out into sofa bed, tasteful décor, and a large TV above the gas fireplace. From the lounge area there is a door leading to the sheltered private balcony area. This is a great place for you to enjoy your morning coffee, breakfast, or afternoon drink while you admire the wonderful valley views.

MASTER BEDROOM

The King bedroom is tastefully decorated and furnished. The linens are of hotel quality, so, we know you will feel relaxed in no time.

BATHROOM

There is a bath tub with shower over, and large mirror behind the sink. You will also find hotel quality towels, locally made hand soap and bodywash/shampoo, and a hairdryer.

PATIO

This beautiful deck overlooks the mountain with direct views of the village and Paradise Basin. It has a couple of generous Adirondack chairs and metal bistro set for enjoying the beautiful outdoors.

COMMUNAL AREAS

As part of your stay, you will also have access to the communal Panorama Springs hot tubs, pools, and on site sauna. Occasionally these areas need to under go maintenance, or could be closed at short notice. As you can appreciate, we have no control over this.
